Department of Commerce CA & CS organized by One Day Seminar on " Excellence in Commerce". The Department of Commerce CA & CS of Thanthai Hans Roever College (Autonomous), Perambalur organized a One day seminar titled “ Excellence in Commerce”   for the  students of  B. Com CA& CS, M. Com and MBA  on 21st  July, 2025  at 10.00 am in the AVE Hall.  Dr. P. Jegan, Director, Department of Commerce, Sri Pushpam College of Technical Education, A.V.V.M. Sri Pushpam College (Autonomous), Thanjavur served as the resource person. In his speech, he aimed to provide insights into current trends, challenges, and opportunities in commerce. He inspired participants to strive for excellence in their academic and professional pursuits. He also emphasized that as future business leaders, financial experts, entrepreneurs, economists and policy makers, it’s essential for the students to grasp not just the theories but also the practical nuances of commerce. The session was followed by an interaction between the Chief Guest and the Students. Students gained a better idea about Career opportunities in Commerce. Totally 152 students were participated in the seminar. The programme was inaugurated and by the Founder-Chairman Dr. K. Varadharaajen, Roever Group of Institutions, Perambalur; presided by the Principal Dr. K. Ravichandran and Dr. S. Sivakumar, Vice Principal   felicitated the programme. Dr. Sumathi Franklin, Head, Department of Commerce CA & CS delivered the Welcome address and Ms. S. Maria Asst. Professor introduced the Chief guest. The programme ended at 12.30 pm with Vote of thanks delivered by Ms. G. Sathya.
