Department of Computer Applications organized One Day Seminar on "Gen-AI Unleashed: Exploring The Frontiers of Artificial Creativity". A seminar titled “Gen-AI Unleashed: Exploring the Frontiers of Artificial Creativity” was conducted on behalf of the Department of Computer Applications on 03.12.2025 at 10:00 AM in the Audio–Visual Hall of the college campus. The programme was presided over by Dr. K. Varadharajan, Chairman Vice-Chairman Mr. John Asok Varadharajan led the event. Principal Dr. K. Ravichandran, Vice-Principal Dr. S. Sivakumar, Head of the Department Dr. V. Poongodi, and Dean of Science Dr. S. Manimaran participated and graced the occasion. The Chief Guest, Dr. B. Gayathri, Associate Professor, Bishop Heber College, Tiruchirappalli, delivered a special address. She highlighted that Gen-AI technology, which is rapidly advancing in the fields of education and industry, is creating a revolution in diverse areas such as student creativity, research ability, project development, software development, and employability skills. She emphasized that students must understand and make use of this emerging technology to enhance their future prospects. The programme was efficiently coordinated by Mr. P. Ramanathan, Professor, Department of Computer Applications. The gathering was welcomed by Ms. Sowmya, second-year MCA., Computer Applications, and the vote of thanks was delivered by Mr. Ragul, first-year M.C.A .,Computer Applications.
