Department of Hotel Management & Nutrition and Dietetics invites " Traditional Cake Mixing & MoU Signing Ceremony". A festive Traditional Cake Mixing and MOU Signing Ceremony was organised by the Department of Hotel Management & Nutrition and Dietetics as part of the Christmas celebrations held on 12th November 2025 at 11:00 am. The event beautifully captured the essence of the season, embracing joy, warmth, and togetherness while showcasing the creativity and enthusiasm of the department. The vibrant setup and festive ambience set the perfect tone for the celebration, making it a delightful experience for everyone who attended. Adding grace and significance to the occasion, Dr. K. Varadharajan, Chairman of the Roever Group of Institutions, and Mr. John Ashok Varadharajan, Vice Chairman, presided over the event with their esteemed presence. Along with the distinguished chief guests, Mr. T. Kalaivanan and Chef T. Saravana Babu from Mount Pico Resort, Yercaud, whose involvement enriched the celebration. Their presence honoured the event and also provided valuable industry insights, inspiring students and enhancing the overall experience. The programme was further honoured by the presence of Dr. K. Ravichandran, Principal, and Dr. S. Sivakumar, Vice Principal, whose guidance added strength to the occasion. Adding to this, Dr. S. Manimaran Dean of Science, Dr. K. Maruthadurai, Dean of Arts, and Dr. G. Tamilmaran, Dean of Languages, also graced the event, lending their academic leadership to the celebration. The presence of Mr. A. Karthik, Head of the Department, provided strong departmental support, while the dedication of the faculty members and enthusiastic participation of the students played a vital role in ensuring the success and vibrancy of the programme.
