PG & Research Department of Biotechnology Organizes a workshop on " Employability skills and Entrepreneurship Traini  “Employability Skills and Entrepreneurship Training Programme” PG & Research Department of Biotechnology has organized a Training Programme on “Employability Skills and Entrepreneurship” on 03th March, 2025 to 05th March, 2025. Dr. K.Varadharaajen, Founder and Chairman, Roever Group of Institutions presided over the gathering. Mrs P.Devaki, Organic Farming trainer and motivational speaker, Naandi Foundation powered by the Mahendra Pride Class Room, Trichy, She spoke about expertise in the practical aspects of Organic farming and Entrepreneurship played a pivotal role in the success of the training programme and real world examples were highly effective in demonstrating the relevance of Organic Farming, Research and Development. Mr K.Ponalagendra Raja, Adjunct Faculty and skill trainer, motivational speaker, Naandi Foundation powered by the Mahendra Pride Class Room, Mannaparai served as the resource person He spoke about ability to break down complex technical information in to practical, easy-to-understand steps was highly appreciated by all participants to promoting sustainable agricultural practices and his willingness to share his extensive experience with our student was invaluable. We believe his teachings have left a lasting impact on the attendees, motivating them to consider regenerative agriculture as a viable career path, focusing on developing both soft skills like communication and critical thinking, employability skills alongside business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset to pursue self-employment opportunities Faculty members of the department of Biotechnology organized the programme. Dr.K.Ravichandran, Principal Dr.S.Sivakumar, Vice Principal and Dr.S.Manimaran, Dean of Science offered felicitations. Dr.A.Rajesh, Head and Assistant Professor of Biotechnology welcomed the gathering. Ms. A.Bancy Geony, III B.Sc Biotechnology proposed vote of thanks. More than 123 students of the department have participated and benefited through this Training programme.
