PG & Research Department of Commerce Organize a Two days Seminar on "Techniques and Strategies in Securities Market". The Department of Commerce  successfully conducted the Two-Days Seminar on "Techniques and Strategies in the Securities Market " at Thanthai Hans Roever College (Autonomous), Perambalur, on Thursday and Friday, July 24th & 25th, 2025, at 10:00 AM in the college premises. The event aimed to provide valuable insights  about how to invest money  in the share and securities market to get more profit . Dr. K. Varadarajan, Founder and Chairman of the Roever Group of Institutions, presided over the function, while Principal Dr. K. Ravichandran felicitated the program. The event was graced by Vice Principal Dr. S. Sivakumar and  Head & Dean of Arts Dr. K. Maruthadurai who also shared their insights.   The session was led by Dr. K. Devaraju,SEBI Certified Securities  Market Trainer (SMARTs) Assistant Professor, Department of  Business Administration, Jamal Mohammad College, Tiruchirapalli . In his keynote address, he explained the difference between Share Market and Securities Market Significance of investing money in mutual Funds so that your investment  will  raise abnormally.  He also explained about the opening of the  De- mat  account .He also addressed and clarified the doubts raised by the students.  The welcome address was delivered by Dr.P.Devi, Associate Professor Department of Commerce while  Head & Dean of Arts Dr. K.Maruthadurai introduced the chief guest. The vote of thanks was given by Assistant Professor Dr.M.Devaki. The arrangements for the seminar were skillfully managed by the Department Professors, ensuring the program's success.
