PG & Research Department of Management Studies organises a seminar on "Startup & Entrepreneurial Survival".   A one-day seminar on the topic "Startup & Entrepreneurial Survival"has been conducted by the Department of Management Studiesin Thanthai Hans Roever College (Autonomous)Perambalur, on 18.12.2024. The event was presided by Dr. K. Varadharaajen, Founder & Chairman, Roever group of Institutions, Perambalur. The Resource person, Mr. Rajkumar, Proprietor of Rajendran Hotel, Perambalur delivered a keynote address in which he explained the challenges faced by entrepreneurs and the strategies to overcome them. He also highlighted that the primary reason young people hesitate to start a business today is due to a lack of adequate funding. Furthermore, he elaborated on the various financial assistance schemes provided by the government to support entrepreneurs. The event was graced by the Principal (i/c), Dr. S. Sivakumar, who delivered a felicitation address, and the Dean of Arts, Dr. K. Maruthadurai, who participated and honored the event. The Head of the Department of Management Studies, Dr.S.Samarthakani, gave the welcome address, while Professor R. Maheswari extended the vote of thanks. Around 200 students from the department of management studies has been participated and benefitted.
