PG & Research Department of Management Studies - We cordially invite you with great pleasure for " ROEMAC 2K25", State Level Management Meet.   The PG & Research Department of Management Studies at Thanthai Hans Rover College (Autonomous), Perambalur successfully hosted the State-level Management Meet, ROEMAC 2025, on April 2, 2025, at the college's Audio-Visual Education Hall. Mr. S. Anand, Senior Manager (Human Resources) at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), Trichy, served as the chief guest. In his keynote address, he emphasized the vast career opportunities available for MBA graduates in prestigious public sector organizations such as BHEL, NLC, ONGC, IOCL, IRCTC, and IREDA. Highlighting the comprehensive nature of the MBA curriculum, Mr. Anand urged students to adopt innovative thinking, prepare rigorously for competitive exams, and maximize their potential to achieve success. The event featured a series of skill-based competitions, including Business Quiz, ADZAP, Management Games, Best Innovation, Spot Photography, Treasure Hunt, and Best Manager. Certificates and prizes were awarded to the winners, recognizing their exceptional talent and creativity. The meet was presided over by Dr. K. Varadharaajen, Chairman of Rover Educational Institutions, with Vice-Chairman Mr. John Ashok Varadharajan leading the proceedings. Principal Dr. K. Ravichandran delivered the felicitation address, while Dr. S. Sivakumar- Vice-Principal, Dr. K. Maruthadurai-Dean of Arts, and Dr. S. Manimaran-Dean of Science, graced the occasion with their esteemed presence. Dr. S. Samarthakani, Head of the Department of Management Studies, delivered the welcome address. Event coordinator and Assistant Professor Lt. P. Praveen Perumal introduced the chief guest, while Assistant Professor Mr. A. ArunPrassad proposed the vote of thanks. Approximately 150 students from various colleges across Tamil Nadu participated in the event, benefiting greatly from the sessions and competitions. The faculty members, student coordinators, and students of the Department of Management Studies meticulously organized the event, ensuring its grand success.
