PG & Research Department of Management Studies organizes a Seminar on " Exploring the Foundations of Research in Management". The Department of Management Studies organized a one-day seminar on "Exploring the Foundations of Management Research"on 27th June 2025 at the MBA AVE Hall. The seminar was presided over by the Founder & Chairman of the Roever Group of Institutions,Dr.K.Varadaraajan,andfelicitatedbytheVice-Chairman,Mr.JohnAshok Varadaraajan. The event began with opening remarks by Principal Dr. K. Ravichandran and Vice- Principal Dr. S. Sivakumar, who appreciated the efforts of the organizing team and congratulated all participants. Prof. K. Maruthadhurai, the Dean of Arts, also shared his thoughts and contributed to the event. Dr. S. Samarthakani, Head of the Department, delivered the welcome address, setting the tone for the seminar. Following this, Lt. P. Praveen Perumal introduced the Chief Guest. The seminar featured a keynote address by Dr. A. Vinoth from Manakula Vinayagar EngineeringCollege,Pondicherry.Hedeliveredaninsightfultalkonthetheme“Exploring the Foundations of Research in Management.” Dr. Vinoth emphasized the importance of research in driving organizational growth, solving complex business problems, and ensuring long-term success. He underlined the necessity of understanding research methods and management theories to promote innovation and stay competitive in the global market. The seminar was meticulously organized by the faculty members of the PG &Research Department of Management Studies.. The event concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Prof. A. Arun Prasad, expressing gratitude to all dignitaries, faculty, students, and guests for their active participation and support.
