PG & Research Department of Management Studies organizes a Seminar on " Evolving with Excellence:The TATA Group's Journey of Transformation and Sustained Success". A one-day seminar on "Evolving with Excellence: The TATA Group’s Journey of Transformation and Sustained Success” was organized on12th August 2025 at Ave Hall by PG & Research Department of Management Studies. The Presidential address was delivered by Dr.K.Varadharaajen,Founder – Chairman, Roever Group of Institutions, highlightedthe importance of value-based leadership in today’s corporate world. Dr.K.Ravichandran,Principal, felicitated the gathering and appreciated the efforts taken to organize a seminar.Ms. Durga Devi. S, II MBA warmly welcomed the gathering. Dr.Samarthakani. S, HOD, introduced the resource persons,  Mr. P. Rajendran, Deputy Director of Agency, Trichy Zone, Mr. Star. P. Kumar, Chief Business Associate Leader, Tiruppur, Mr. ChandruRamaraj, Business Associate Manager, Trichy, Mr. M. Selva Kumar, Senior Business Associate leader at TATA AIA LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY LTD.The Resource persons delivered an insightful and motivational session on the Tata Group’s milestones, its visionary leadership, and its continuous commitment to excellence, ethics, and nation-building. They highlighted the group’s transformation through innovation, digital adaptation, social responsibility, and global expansion. They also highlighted the “Young Leader Program” through which, after completing the course, a candidate can recruit other known individuals and build a small team to motivate people from the public to take insurance policies. Through this model, they can earn more than what they might earn in a regular organizational job. This concept was demonstrated practically using a group of five students, making the earning potential and leadership concept very clear to the audience.Overall, the seminar was highly informative and inspiring.198 students from the department participated in the event. The event concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Ms. Madhubala M,II MBA expressing gratitude to all dignitaries, the speaker, and participants for making the session a success.
