Workshop on Mathematical and Statistical Analysis using R Programming

On behalf of PG & Research Department of Mathematics, Thanthai Hans Roever College (Autonomous), Perambalur, organized a workshop on “Mathematical and Statistical Analysis using R Programming” on 26th September 2024 at 10 a.m. in AVE hall for the Mathematics and Computer Application students. The event was presided over by Dr. K. Varadharaajen, Chairman, Roever Group of Institutions, Dr. S. Sivakumar, Principal (i/c) and Dean of Science, Dr. S.Manimaran felicitated the programme. Dr. R. Selvi, Assistant Professor of Mathematics, delivered the welcome address. Dr. R. Anuradha, Head & Assistant Professor of Mathematics introduced the Resource person. Dr. M. Joseph Paramasivam, Assistant Professor, Department of Mathematics, Bishop Heber College (Autonomous), Trichy. He explained the concepts of Mathematics and Statistics to be applied in the R Programming Language with suitable examples in detail. He also gave the application of R Programming in various fields at present. Around 70 students attended the programme. Ms. Nivetha, III BSc Mathematics, proposed the vote of thanks.
