Academics Of Management Studies

The Department of Management Studies had its origin in the year 1987 with a aim to scale up the skills of all young talents. We offer BBA, MBA (Approved by the AICTE), M.Phil. and Ph.D Programme. It has completed 33 years of service to the society in terms of providing quality management education. Our alumni have occupied top positions in various fields in this competitive business world. The Department of Management studies has an excellent learning Centre with more than 10000 volumes of books which covers all the field under management studies. We promote online learning by giving access to J-gate e-journal besides 24 national and international journals. The department has a separate computer Centre which contains many business-related software. The department is equipped with ten plus experienced and qualified teaching staff members who have Ph.D. from many top-notch universities. Our staffs published many papers in the reputed journal and they have done minor research projects funded by UGC. The department has collaboration with various business and social organizations.

BBA Programme Outcome

On completion of the Programme, students will be able to:

MBA Programme Specific Outcome

  • Formulate an integrative business project through the application of multidisciplinary knowledge comprising of accounting, finance, operations, management information system, marketing and human resources management.

M.Phil Programme Outcome

On completion of the Programme, students will be able to:

  • Provide the opportunity to acquire and develop skills and expertise relevant to high-level management practice.
  • Enable students to prepare for advanced research

Course Outcome for Management Studies

At the end of the Programme, the students should be able to:

  • Understand the managerial tasks of planning, organizing, and controlling can be executed in a variety of circumstances in an ethical manner.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of employee recruitment, selection, orientation, training, and retention plans and processes.
